• Bake or stew them for a soft, sweet filling.

What to expect
The skin is golden-yellow to greenish-yellow and thin. Each apple differs a little in size, shade and skin markings, and small marks on the skin don’t affect the taste. The skin bruises easily, so handle them gently.

Storage
Keep them in the fridge and eat within one to two weeks for the best crunch.
