🔥 Wood-Fired Roasted | Stone-Milled (Hand Chakki) | 💪 High-Protein Superfood
Discover the ultimate traditional superfood with our Fresh Organic Sattu Flour. Carefully handmade using age-old techniques, this premium Bengal gram (chana) flour is a nutritional powerhouse packed with natural, plant-based protein and essential dietary fiber.
To bring you the most authentic taste and maximum health benefits, our Sattu is traditionally processed from start to finish. The chana is slowly dry-roasted over a wood fire in a classic iron kadai. This not only gives the flour a delightful, earthy aroma and subtle smoky flavor but also naturally enhances its iron content. Finally, the roasted gram is ground to perfection in a traditional hand chakki (stone grinder). This slow, heat-free milling process ensures that every ounce of protein, vitamins, and minerals remains completely intact.
