How our ghee is made

Churned the bilona way from cultured curd, at the farm, by our farming community. It takes around 60 litres of milk to fill one 2.5 litre can. Nothing travels to a processing plant, and nothing is blended in.

What you're saving

Five 500ml jars of Desi ghee cost ₹5,250. The steel can is ₹1,099. Together, ₹6,349. This pre-order is ₹4,999.

Pre-order and delivery

We fill these fresh for the festival, so this is a pre-order. It closes as soon as all stock is booked. Delivery between 2nd and 6th November, ahead of Deepavali.

Storing it

Keep the can at room temperature with the lid closed, away from the stove. Always use a dry spoon. Real bilona ghee turns grainy as it cools — that's normal, and a sign nothing soft has been blended in.
