Pomegranate — Naturally Grown, Chemical-Free (Natural Marks on Skin)
CERTIFICATIONS
Grown without chemicals by farmers we buy from directly. No sprays on the soil, the leaves or the fruit, and no wax or polish after picking.
We leave pomegranates on the tree until they're properly ripe rather than picking early for the market. That's what you taste — deep red arils, heavy with juice, and sweet enough that you won't reach for sugar when you juice them.
Eat them by the bowl, juice them, or scatter them over salads, curd and raita.
What one pomegranate gives you
Around 11 g dietary fibre, 650 mg potassium, 29 mg vitamin C, plus folate and vitamin K.
How they'll look
The skin will have marks, scuffs and uneven colour.
Storing them
Keep whole fruit in the fridge and it holds for several weeks. Once you've taken the arils out, store them in an airtight box and use within three or four days.
